Cell Padding Units

The unit you enter and read cell padding values in (pt, cm, or in) is chosen right next to the Cell padding controls themselves, not in the Preferences dialog - see Editing cell padding for the full details.

It's included here because, like the settings in General Preferences, your choice is remembered automatically and applies the next time you open the app - you only need to set it once.
