Getting Support

From inside the app

Click the ⓘ icon in the toolbar and choose Support… for the same guidance below, always within reach.

Steps to take

1. Check this Online Help first - most questions are answered here, especially the Known Limitations (General, Word or PowerPoint) chapter for anything that looks like it should work but doesn't.
2. Still stuck? Email support@keyscript.nl. If you use the in-app Support… link, your message is pre-filled with your app version and edition, so you don't need to look those up yourself.
