Two editions: apply only, or design and apply

The Table Branding Manager has no required subscription. Choose the edition that fits what someone needs to be able to do.

Import-only edition

A new or updated table style in a template doesn't apply retroactively to documents made earlier. The Import-only edition brings those existing documents on brand too, suited for broad rollout within an organization without giving anyone design access.

  • 1–10 seats €15 per seat
  • 11–50 seats €9 per seat
  • 51–250 seats €5 per seat
  • 251–1,000 seats €3 per seat
  • More than 1,000 seats on request
  • One license for the whole organization, priced per seat
  • One-time purchase, excluding VAT
  • No required subscription: 1 year of updates and support is included with purchase
  • Activation happens silently in the background, rolled out via your IT contact
  • Support requests go through your IT department
  • Import a .ksstyle file into a Word, PowerPoint or Excel file
  • No design function: no risk of accidentally disrupting the brand identity

Full edition

For anyone who designs table styles, primarily to build into templates: template builders and companies that manage their own templates.

  • License 1 €99
  • Licenses 2–5 €79 each
  • Licenses 6–15 €65 each
  • Licenses 16–50 €49 each
  • More than 50 licenses on request
  • One-time purchase per user, excluding VAT
  • No required subscription: 1 year of updates and support is included with purchase
  • Activation by the user themselves, with a license key
  • Support requests can be filed directly by the user
  • Full table style editor: fill color, borders, font and cell margins per part
  • Add, duplicate, edit, rename or delete styles, and set one as the default style
  • Replace color to quickly create a color variation
  • Export and import .ksstyle files, for use in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Calculate the price for the Import-only edition

The tiers work per bracket, just like for the Full edition: every seat pays the rate of the bracket it falls into. Enter the number of seats for an instant calculation.

Updates and support

How that works differs per edition.

Import-only edition

  • Optional renewal afterwards: a flat annual fee depending on the number of seats: €35 (1–10), €85 (11–50), €225 (51–250), €550 (251–1,000)
  • Without renewal, the license simply keeps working on the installed version. You just won't get any new releases or support anymore
  • Support requests go through your IT department

Full edition

  • Optional renewal afterwards: 25% of the original price per user, per year. That's how you keep receiving updates and support
  • Without renewal, the license simply keeps working on the installed version. You just won't get any new releases or support anymore
  • Support requests can be filed directly by the user

  • Installation and activation issues
  • License questions
  • Imports that fail, crash, or throw an error
  • Compatibility issues with Office versions
  • Bug reports

Not covered

  • Content advice: how a table style should look, brand guidelines, or training in Word, PowerPoint or Excel itself
  • File recovery after a problem — use the built-in backup feature for that

For the Import-only edition, support runs through your organization's IT contact, not directly through individual users.
